Answers are generated by an AI model (ChatGPT's GPT 5.6 Terra, via OpenAI's API) using the WCA Regulations and Guidelines as a knowledge source. Responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or fail to account for the full context of a situation.
While I aim to provide accurate information, I make no guarantees regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any answer produced by this app.
The official WCA Regulations, WCA Guidelines, and decisions of WCA Delegates remain the authoritative source in all cases.

You may not use this service in a way that interferes with its operation or availability to other users. This includes:
Abusive, automated, or excessive use of the service may result in access being restricted or blocked without notice. The app automatically limits the number of requests per IP address to 30 per hour. If you need more, contact me and we can sort something out.
Questions submitted to this app are logged along with the IP address from which the request was made, the date and time of the request, and the AI-generated response. This information is collected for operating and debugging the service, improving the service, preventing abuse, and investigating reports or other issues affecting the integrity or security of the service.
Questions are sent to OpenAI through its API so that an AI-generated response can be produced. Please do not submit personal, confidential, sensitive, or otherwise private information.
Logged information may be reviewed by the operator (me) of this service. Where reasonably necessary, information may also be disclosed to relevant third parties, such as the World Cube Association or its committees, where this is necessary to investigate suspected abuse, cheating, security issues, or other matters relating to the operation or integrity of the service.
Providing information to this app is voluntary. You can use the service without providing your name, email address, or other identifying information. An IP address is automatically available to the server when you submit a question and is logged as described above.
Logged information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, after which it may be deleted.

This app is hosted using Render and Cloudflare. Questions are processed using the OpenAI's API. These providers have their own privacy policies and terms.
